10 Days of Intention Course
About the event
Join me for 10 days of intentional practices.
This is geared for parents wanting to become more self-aware and intentional about their daily practices so that they can be more present and centered.
Each day, participants will login to the course to join in the specific practice to embody with a challenge.
There is an accompanying journal that participants can use to deepen each day's practice.
On the 10th day, Leslie will hold a live session to conclude the daily practices.
