Leslie brings more than 18 years of personal experience in cultivating, creating & building, tending and nurturing community with families in the Atlanta-metro area. She has learned how to hold space in a way that allows participants to feel save and seen. She has maintained an intentional space that practices trust and vulnerability, joy and affirmation, truth and accountability, rupture and repair, beginnings and endings. As a leader and facilitator, she understands the responsibility that one takes on in this role. She will offer from her own personal learnings as well as from those who have mentored her.

This 4-Part Master Class is specifically for those who are creating and/or presently holding community space for and with others. 

Each session will take place on a Thursday evening in September 2024.

• Thursday, September 19, 8pm - 9:30pm EST
• Thursday, September 26, 8pm - 9:30pm EST

• 1st Thursday: Creating the Container -- Preparing Yourself, Preparing the Space for Others
• 2nd Thursday: Opening the Space for Connection -- Inviting, Welcoming, Engaging
• 3rd Thursday: When Difficulties Arise: Navigating Challenges, Having Critical Conversations
• 4th Thursday: When the Time is Over -- All About Endings

Please plan to attend all sessions as they build upon each other, and you'll get the most of this course doing the work in real time.

If you're unable to attend a session, it is strongly advised that you view the recording prior to the next session.

All sessions will be recorded and shared with students registered for the course. 

All recordings will be made available to participants of the course. 

Students will have access to these recordings until November 30, 2024.
