Cultivating Community Circle

This is a monthly virtual gathering to offer safe, brave & courageous space specifically for leaders, facilitators and space holders.

Being a leader can be a lonely place. While we desire healthy connections with others and the spaces we create, tend and hold, we need places outside of our own to process, reflect and get feedback.

The hope is that we will find others willing to hold space with us as we continue to develop our skills and capacities to show up authentically and whole with those we lead.

The intention is to create a space for us to share deeply about the joys and challenges, triumphs and conflicts. A space where we find and offer support, give and receive guidance. It will also a space for considering, unlearning, relearning, pivoting, releasing and grieving.
