Black Women Need Community

Black women need community for support, empowerment, and connection. In our society it is clear that our voices been marginalized and overlooked. We need a strong community that provides a safe space for us to express ourselves, share experiences, and receive validation.

Community also offers opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and collective action, enabling Black women to amplify their impact and create positive change in their lives and communities.

Why now?

We need spaces now more than ever. It's not okay to continue doing this alone. Yet, many of us do not have the skills necessary to build and deepen relationships with others that are mutually healthy. We make not have time to consider how we impact others. We may not have received supportive feedback so that we can grow and mature in our emotional intelligence.
